Will I receive a physical print in the mail?
No, my listings are for digital downloads. Upon completion of payment you will receive an email with the digital file for you to download. This file will be in jpg or pdf format, The listing will tell you which type. I will send the file within a couple of hours usually. If I am unable to send it within that time frame I will email you and let you have the option of canceling the order. I do not accept refunds on sales for any other reason. Please make sure that the email you registered with on eCrater is correct, as that is the one I will send you file/files to.

Can I sell prints of your designs?
No. Please do not share the JPG or PDF with anyone else. You may not sell this print in digital form or in printed form. Do not claim the design as your own. I retain the original working files on all of my designs.

Why is the color is not exactly the same when I printed it?
The colors may vary slightly due to different print settings on printers, as well as on the monitor you are viewing from. I assure you every print is beautiful once printed and is designed with quality.

What dpi do you use when designing?
I design everything at 300dpi. This means that every print will print beautifully at the size that it is offered and sometimes a bit larger.

Do you sell anywhere else?
Yes! I also sell physical items on eCrater under the store name Sondrart. I have 100% positive feedback and over 160 comments!

Why is there a watermark on your listing pictures?
My images have a watermark on the pictures displayed by eCrater. This watermark will NOT be on your downloaded files, once you have purchased them. Again, the watermark is for display purposes and WILL NOT be on your purchased items.

Do you offer refunds?
No, I do not. Once the sale has gone thru the payment stage, I send these files out to you and you will already have them, therefore I cannot offer refunds.
