My listings are for digital downloads. Upon completion of payment you will receive an email with the digital file for you to download. This file will be in jpg or pdf format, The listing will tell you which type. I will send the file within a couple of hours usually. If I am unable to send it within that time frame I will email you and let you have the option of canceling the order. I do not accept refunds on sales for any other reason. Please make sure that the email you registered with on eCrater is correct, as that is the one I will send you file/files to.
You will not get a physical product mailed to you, this is a digital download.
You may print it on your home computer or have it printed professionally at your cost. This print looks best on photo paper or very high quality card-stock. I prefer matte photo finish myself but it will also look great with a glossy finish. The colors may vary slightly due to different print settings on printers.

You may print as many prints as you like for your own personal use. Please do not share the JPG or PDF with anyone else. You may not sell this print in digital form or in printed form. Do not claim the design as your own. I retain the original working files on all of my designs.
